Effective date: 12 October 2026

Stagely uses these subprocessors for the personal data that it processes for its customers. This list is the list of Approved Subprocessors in the [Data processing agreement](https://stagely.dev/docs/legal/dpa.md).

| Subprocessor | What it does for Stagely | Location |
| -------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| DigitalOcean, LLC | Hosts the control plane and its PostgreSQL database | United States, New York |
| Better Stack | Stores the control plane's logs | United States, Germany or Singapore, not yet confirmed |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Serves `https://stagely.dev` and runs the DNS of `stagely.dev` | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. and Link, LLC | Take payments, send invoices and collect taxes | United States |
| Proton AG | Stores Stagely's email | Switzerland |

Your cloud provider is not on this list. Stagely does not choose it, and it runs the parts of Stagely that stay in your own account.

## Changes

At least 10 business days before Stagely adds or replaces a subprocessor, it updates this page and emails the billing email address of each customer. A customer can object within 30 days of that email, as the Data processing agreement describes.
