Effective date: 12 October 2026
Stagely uses these subprocessors for the personal data that it processes for its customers. This list is the list of Approved Subprocessors in the Data processing agreement.
| Subprocessor | What it does for Stagely | Location |

| Better Stack | Stores the control plane’s logs | United States, Germany or Singapore, not yet confirmed |

United States |

Your cloud provider is not on this list. Stagely does not choose it, and it runs the parts of Stagely that stay in your own account.
Changes
At least 10 business days before Stagely adds or replaces a subprocessor, it updates this page and emails the billing email address of each customer. A customer can object within 30 days of that email, as the Data processing agreement describes.
